Orrin Woodward and Chris Brady have been building successful leadership communities for years. Chris Brady recently did a video that nails the concept of success polarization. Have you ever noticed that successful teams, companies, and people have raving fans and raving haters? Essentially, this is the nature of success, as Brady states, "It's for who its for and it's not for who it's not for." In other words, a company cannot be all things to all people as it has to stand for something if it desires to be significant. What are you for? What are you not for? Similar to as the Bible states paraphrased, "The lukewarm will be spewed out." Don't be lukewarm in what you are doing. Instead, do it with all your might, knowing that it's for who it's for. For instance, Claude Hamilton is anything but lukewarm as his passion drives his business forward. 2013 is your year to get passionate about what you believe. Here is the video.
That is great to know and understand. Its kind of liberating to be the best you!!!
